Shipping and Refund Policy

The Myko Lab will not replace any packages seized by customs.

By purchasing any products from our catalog you are acknowledging that these products are for microscopy purposes only.

Shipping times for made to order purchases are on a case-by-case basis.

All non made to order purchases are processed in 2-5 days.

If you have shipping issues, lost or damaged packages, email Mykolabadmn@gmail.com and include the order number for reference.

If there was an error with the address, we will re-ship, but you must pay the shipping fee.

Damage in transit qualifies for replacement but must be accompanied by photo proof.

Any item that shows signs of contamination before use is eligible for replacement.

When any product seal is broken The Myko Lab is not liable for replacements.
