Everything is done by mail order, local pickup is available in Denver Colorado. Thank you for understanding.

Due to the time and fees associated with processing orders, we have a strict no-cancellation policy. If you require your order to be canceled, please contact us within 24 hours and you will be fully refunded, minus a 7.5% restock fee.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?
After we have processed your order, you will receive an email with tracking information.
BE SURE TO ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS CORRECTLY. BAD EMAIL ADDRESSES WILL NOT RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION.
Made-to-order purchases are on a case by case time basis on shipping.
For all other orders processing time is usually 2-5 business days.

How To View Your Spores Under Microscope
Required tools include a microscope, a fresh slide, cover slip, and methylene blue die.
Use a sterile tool to transfer spores onto a fresh slide, cover in a drop of methylyne blue especially for albino spores.
Put the cover slip over the sample and make sure there aren’t any bubbles.
Bring your sample into focus starting with your least powerful objective lens, then moving incrementally towards higher magnification.
For a great beginner microscope, we recommend buying an Amscope.
How long will spores stay viable?
Under proper care, spores can be viable for years, however viability varies based off genetics.
We suggest using spores within 6 months for best results.
What is the best way to store spores?
For optimal storage, a sterile environment, room temperature with limited light exposure.
What is the best way to store my Cultures?
Store cultures in airtight container inside the refrigerator.

My payment has been sent, how do I know you have received it?
Within 48 hours of payment being made you will receive an email letting you know the payment has been received and your order is in processing.
